How would you word in a professional manor that if you (Seller) are listing an item, and you do NOT offer returns... however.... if you have any issues, contact us and we can discuss the concerns you have further. (in other words may offer returns in some circumstances) but not just coming out and saying that, just wording it right to imply such. ty all help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Oh and State of Florida if that makes any difference.

Make up your mind! Are all sales final or what?! It doesn't require a wordsmith to pen yes or no, nor an Einstein to understand that a no-return policy doesn't have to be written in stone. Or that parties to a contract cannot alter its written terms by mutual assent.

Hope you have better things to do with your time than fussing with such trifles.

Just say, "No returns."

If someone comes to you with a legitimate reason for a return request (an item defect, for example), you can still break that rule - and I'm pretty sure that the recipient of your generous deviation from the stated policy won't get angry at you.
