How to write terms of use and privacy policies?

I do not know if this is the right forum for these questions, but I just don't know where to look. Could anyone help me find places where I could obtain a "Terms Of Use" statement for my web site as well as a privacy policy...

Any help would be great.

Every site has these -- including this one. Look at several. Compare them and draft your own.
