I bought HP notebook in dec for 2.200 in been in shop 5 times first melting keys then fan smoked then again mouse not hook right to mother board and CD rom not working and hard drive and boot start up was messed up last time in the change 15b parts and glue all over laptop when came back and didnt work after few day I told then did work right since got it; after hours and hour s of tech people that all tell you a duiffernt thing after 3 time i ask my money back but they said no HP has it set rule then 4 time everything melted hot and compter was dead they said one more timwe it came back bad didnt work shut down i cryedLosting money I lost 1.600 from work which said make right so i again ask 2.200 and 32.00 for one shop call and was in warrent i got call sent computer one more time and give new one I didnt want the same one I want money back but did it And got computer few days ago and guess what Cd rom dont work And cant unplug the computer for wont workI lost and runs awfull!!so much money and waste so much time talking to tech When call hp you have go threw channel i not going sent this in 6 more times Can you help me I like also know why call this laptop when put on lap and burns your legs ?
