inregards to previous post earlier you missed understand the question i would not get any money off rent in exchange for hud reqirements of doing eight hours a month. iam not a dead beat or on welfare i was in auto accident in which the police were at fault this in regards is why i get disablity.in which is ssi welfare. if tenants did not meet the reqirements of hud they would lose there rights of there lease.sincerely guest.
