What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Indiana
I live in Gary,In.In the copy of our city's 2006 masterplan in the part about Federal revenues from HUD and grants and such, there is no plan to spend 1 dime in our particular neighborhood(Black Oak).I need to find out if there is some state or federal law taht requires municipalities to divide the revenues obtained proportionately between different areas of the city? Other areas are getting large amounts allocated, when our neighborhood has serious infrastructure needs taht are not being addressed.Thank you for any answers to this question!
