My grandma is in HUD housing and she moved out of one apartment to be closer to family. When we tried to move in on monday she was told she couldnt because the other apartment hasnt sent over the paperwork saying she cleared the last and sense it is government aided housing I am assuming there is a time limit to when they have to send this paperwork saying she cleared. It has been 3 working days but one was a catholic holiday and no one was in the office. We wouldnt really take anything to court we just want a fire lit under them.
