Hummer H2 lemon in MO or WY?

I just moved to Missouri. In Sept. 2002, I lived in Wyoming and bought a new 2003 Hummer H2. It currently has 11,xxx miles on it and has been in the shop 6 times for a total of 47 days and 31 "business" days. Three questions:

1. Do I have a lemon and under which state, Missouri or Wyoming?
2. If a lemon, what should be my first step? Mediation with GM or AMG or hiring an attorney?
3. If hiring an attorney, which state...Missouri or Wyoming?

My H2 is still currently registered in Wyoming if that makes a difference. Thanks very much for any advice on how we should proceed.
