Dr says nerve damge corrisponds with the date of injury. I have a lawyer but he never has told me anything. he wants $200.00 for filing fees? what do I do? He did make me do a no fault claim, my ins. has paid up till now for medical, no income loss. help!!

Sounds like you were injured because you got in the way of the repo men doin their job, and your lawyer doesn't think you have a case against you (otherwise he wouldn't be making you pay the filing fees up front).

The lawyer wants to make sure you're really willing to go through with the hassle. By paying the filing fee, you're putting something on the line.

If the lawyer didn't think you had a viable case, he wouldn't have taken it.

No I didn't get in the way, they were allowing me to remove property, I have 2 neighbors who watched the whole thing go down.( unknown at the time).
One dude was in my P/U and he started it and was grinding the transfer case when it was parked. I intended on paying off to get veh back.
so I was asking him to please stop, when his buddy came back to see what the noise was, and in the process I accidently got shoved into the door. It was not intentional. No one was giving them a bad time. One opinion was they should have asked me to please step back, as I was cooperating and can show that.
