hurt on the job!!!

I live in kentucky, hurt myself on the job in1998 and now have degenitive disc diease & osti-aruthor, never filled out a claim at work; doctor bills are adding up and I can't seem to get any help from anyone and I don't have any money for any real help. is there any advice for me or am I just stuck.........

i dont know about your state but most have limitations on reporting work comp claims to your employer so act fast go to your supervisor tell them about your injury and make them file a written report if you have any problems contact your state workmans compensation office for help hope this helps
