husband died with no will

What is the name of your state? sc
My husband died a year ago without a will.
we owned our house together and I have paid off the mortgage. his car was transferred to me with a death certificate taken to the highway office.

everything else is in my name. he had a small bank balance which was turned over to me.

is there anything else I need to do? does his "estate" need to go through probate?

his siblings are not making any claims against his estate. they helped me pay final expenses.
