husband forces wife to quit claim home

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? michigan
My husband made me sign over our property 3 years ago, quit claim deed. I have a mental disability and I collect social security disability. I there any way I can get my name put back on the title? Our home is fully paid for and I don't want him to get a mortgage with out my permission.
