What is the name of your state? Ohio
My husband got his license suspended by the child support enforcement agency. Well, he has to drive to get to his job to make the money to pay the child support, so he got pulled over for having a headlight out (he was on his way home from WORK). The officer ran his license and obviously found that it was suspended. He told my husband that normally they would arrest a person under those circumstances, but he said he would just give him a ticket this time. He goes to court later this afternoon. I am wondering what they are going to do to him. He got his license reinstated within a week of being caught driving without it. Are they going to turn around and suspend it again? Is he looking at a bunch of fines? Possible jail time? I am really not familiar with the penalties for these types of things and would like to know what to expect. Thanks
