husband in foreign country

I have lived in Arlington Virginia since July 25, 2000. I was married in Florida in November, 1998. My husband is from Saudi Arabia. He is not a United States citizen. We separated in March, 1999, at which time he returned to Saudi Arabia. To the best of my knowledge, he has not been back in the United States and has no plans to return. I have had no contact with him for 6 months. I need to obtain a divorce from him. How can I go about doing so?
