i live in concord new hampshire. i was married on august 24 1998 and my husband was sent to prison by violating his probation on a restraining order from his ex wife in june of 1999. he was released on parole march 12 2001 and we tried to re establish a relationship but he drank and violated his parole he is now back in prison as of 5/14/01 his parole officer told me he will be in for a long time (atleast a year). my question is, he has a condominium that he purchased in 1987 and has used as rental property, but I moved in since his last incarceration and lived here for 6 months and paid the mortgage for the entire 21 months of his last incarceration. while he was out he quit deed claimed the property into my name on 3/30/01 but the loan is in his name, how do i get the property in my name. also he financed a vehicle in his name and i am wondering how i can keep it. we had also had a lawyer draft a divorce agreement stating
12. motor vehicles:

"isabella" shall be solely entitled to the 2001 Xterra automobile,
presently in the name of "xhusband2b". She shall be solely responsible
for all loans and expenses associated with the vehicle.

c. All obligations arising from the parties' joint tax liability.

"isabella" shall be solely responsible for the following debts:

a. All debts and expenses for the condominium in concord, nh
b. All debts and expenses for the xterra automobile.

with the exception of the above, there are no joint debts. each party
shall be solely responsible for all debts in his or her sole name.

18. marital homestead:

a. "isabella" shall be solely entitled to the condomium located in
concord, new hampshire and presently in the name of "xhusband2b" obligations.
does this mean i just assume the debt and pay the payments and any creditors have to act as if the loans are in my name? and since my ex2b is in prison again does this change the circumstances. i have no where else to go and i need the vehicle to travel to massachusettes to see my children and also to get a job.
thank you for your advice and help.
