My sister lives in NY and her husband has left her to live in PA he returns to their home every few weeks and removes property from it while she is out. They have not filed for divorce (YET) because of the cost. the house is in his name alone but my sister has been paying all the bills for the last year including the mortgage and prior to that gave him $250 a week is there anything she can do to stop this? He says he can sell the house whenever he wants also if he files for divorce in PA will that make a difference?
