My husband is moving out and says he is going to take whatever belongings he wants to including furniture. If I take pictures of all of our belongings and keep the receipts can I use that in court to get my share?

Go see an attorney tomorrow and file for legal seperation. That will 'freeze' everything and you will be able to list them in the divorce papers.
