My husband and I left Florida to go to Mexico for our visa interview. At the interview, he was told that he had to stay in Mexico while the U.S. does an FBI criminal check on him. He was arrested in 1996 for domestic violence. Now, we are unsure if he will be allowed back in the U.S. I am afraid of that. We have a 3 year old daughter together and we both need our daddy home. I need some advice on what to do, or who to talk to about this. If anyone can help, please email me.
