I'm in CA.Our marriage has been dying the past few months and now husband wants me to move out of our apartment which both names are on lease. The lease expires in July.I told him because I dont have a car that its more convienent for me to stay here.He tells me thats because he has 2 cars and alot more stuff that it will be more difficult for him to find a new place and to move out.I say thats just bullcrap and excuses. This is all due to because he found someone else he wants to be with.He then tells me that his company is losing money by the month and that soon his company might go downhill.I tell him"then why would you want to live in a place were the rent is high if you say you might not afford it later on"I think he is doing all this to be difficult and to be hurtful.

My question is how can I fight him so that I get to stay here and if anyone leaves its him???I can pay the rent here and my cats are set here too.Thats another thing he would want to keep the cat that he rescued BUT I"m the one that takes care of her and feeds her.
