What is the name of your state? Ohio

I ordered a trial size Hydroderm product back in April 05. As soon as I received the product, I can cancel its monthly membership. Fortunately, I kept the cancellation email that they sent me. However, on Aug. 3, 05, there was a charge on my account that I didn't pay much attention from Hydroderm, then another one at the end of month. Still, I didn't look at my statement closed enought as it was disguised under the name "Family Health Network". I thought it was medical charges, so I didn't bother to dispute the charge.

However, I was charged again this month as I became more aware when I reviewed my credit card statement. I did more research trying to find out more about this "Family Health Network" on google and later come across this one customer's complaint about unauthorized billing from this company. The more I did the research, the more complaints against this company surface regards to this unauthorized billing issue.

I have not contacted the company yet, but I plan to do so tomorrow. However, I am wondering on the class action lawsuit against the company like this. What can people like us do to revenge these unethical companies. Other than refunding my money back, they should have been penalized as they did cause me a big migrain when I was researching on them.

Any advices out there?

You want to file a class action lawsuit because of your ineptitude? It won't happen. And your "revenge" comment takes you down to their level and makes you no better. Unless they refuse to refund the money, you have absolutely no legal claims at all.

It may not be a revenge but where is our consumer right protection? This company gave / sold my credit card information to the other company without my knowledge and couple months later I have these unknown charges showed up on my balance?

I want to seek a class action lawsuit against these companies because I don't want them to do the same things to others, particularly those that they can't defend themselves. So, why do you think I'm as low as them? And yes, they refused to credit / refund my money.
