This is just a hypothetical situation that I am wondering about. If you are driving with someone who is driving recklessly endangering both your life and his but no accident has occured. After you have arrived at your destinantion no accident has happened but the driver has previously endangered your life on the way to where you have now arrived. What is this type of infraction called and is it both a civil and criminal issue. I would say that it would be both but I'm wondering if anybody could add anything more.

Thank You,
