I am preparing to file I-130 applications for my parents & sister
based on my citizenship:

My question:

1. Can the marriage certificate copy (for parents application) & my sister's birth certificate copy (for sister's application) be sent later or it has to be sent with the I-130 application?

2. Does G-325A (Biographic Information); & Affidavit of support form have to be sent with I-130 for above application?

3. Separate application needed for father & mother?

Thanks in advance

See www.uscis.gov, form I-130.

According to the instructions for form I-130:

1. Those documents are required at the time of filing.

2. G-325A is required only if you are filing for your husband or wife, and Affidavit of Support is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions.

3. You must apply separately for your mother and father. (Page 1, item #2)
