What is the name of your state? CA

Hi,

I want to come to US and study. My application did get rejected because I didn't have enough documents to prove my sponsor. Now, I found this I-134 form. My sponsor would like to sign this form. However, she has some concerns on the item 5:
"That I am willing and able to receive, maintain and support the person(s) named in item 3. That I am ready and willing to
deposit a bond, if necessary, to guarantee that such person(s) will not become a public charge during his or her stay in the
United States, or to guarantee that the above named person(s) will maintain his or her nonimmigrant status, if admitted
temporarily and will depart prior to the expiration of his or her authorized stay in the United States."

What does the "...or to guarantee that the above named person will maintain his or her nonimigrant status, if admitted temporarily..." part means for the sponsor?
My sponsors is an LPR and her concern is:
- what happens if the student finds a US resident and gets married.
Would that mean they can be held accountable that she got married and didn't maintain her nonimigrant status mean.
What does it mean for the sponsor maintain nonimigrant status?

Thanks in advance for your response,
Ayse
