Hi,

I have applied for Labor in EB2 category(Based on Masters degree) and got it approved. I applied for I-140 and was denied as my Masters degree is not from an accredited university. Is it possible to use my old labor/priority date and file a new I-140 in EB3 category? or do i have to go from scratch i.e., apply for a new labor
in EB3 category. What other options do i have now?

Please let me know your suggestions?
