I think I will have to withdraw my I-485 pettion based on marriage. Could you please advise what is the way to do it? is there a special form, which needs to be mailed (where?)
And how long does it take for the petition to be withdrawn? Is it possible to start a new case while USCIS considers petition withdrawal? Thanks much.

I cannot find my spouse to come with me to initial interview. That's why I want to withdraw my petition to change my immigrant status to non immigrant.
