for Lana (or anyone who would know) I-751 affidavits & pictures

What is the name of your state? CA

Dear Lana, First:thank you so much for you advice and dedication, so helpful. I'm about to file my I-751. If you do not have family pictures (with my husband's family or mine) but only pictures together or with friends, is it better not to send pictures at all, and keep them for additional material in the case of an interview ? Also, when you join affidavits from employers, do you need to send the originals or are copies ok ? Thank you Lana,
Sev

The affidavits probably should be originals and must be notarized if they are affidavits. As for photos, send in whatever you have at this time. YOu can always gather more photographs with other people (relatives) in preparation for the interview which is likely not to be scheduled for many months.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
