Hi : I am going to apply for I-751 removal form soon .
We have both joint bank account and easily I can send lots of monthly bank statments to the immigration . But my question is about credit cards ,How to prove to the immigration that we have both joint credit cards account? We never get credit cards bills in both names as you know? is it enough to take a photocopy for both my and his credit card and show that they have the same number ? (my husband told me that it is not safe to send credit card numbers to the immigration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2-all what we could get as a proof for 401k and life insurance is a letter from my husband's company telling that I am the beneficiary . is it enough to proof 401k and life in ?

Thank you

I am NOT an attorney

You can make copies of cards and scratch off a few numbers.
You can send copy of your credit reports if it is mentioned there that you share accounts.
Filing joint taxes is a great proof you both work.

And all else they require at the form, so read the requirements of the I751 documentation and try to do a check list and provide most of what they ask for:

partially correct because if they misplace/lose your application you will have personal information lost in space who knows where!

I am guessing that even if you have life insurance through an employer, you both have a form or a copy of a document signed by your husband where he stated you are the beneficiary (the page you need to show the insurance company in case you need to file a claim to get the money). That is what you need to send (copy of course).

Whatever you do, make a copy of the form I751 completed and signed by both and ALL the paperwork you are sending them. Just in case they misplace/lose your application, you have all ready to make another copy and send all again.

best of luck

Re

Thank you for your replay . I made a research on line and I found out that most people send a copy of there actual credit cards, bank account and lots of other personal information . I think that I have no choice and I will include what ever joint proofs that I have .
I have few more questions if anyone can help please :

1- is it okay if i was one week late in sending my i-751 file (I mean not sending them directly after the 90 period will started . as i am still preparing lots of pepres

2- friend's letters . do they have to be notarized !! or it is enough to be affidavits
