Hi, for form I-864, my husband needs to give an "explanation" of any year no filing taxes, my question is.,.. does this explanation in different piece of paper needs to be signed by him? there is no requirement in the instructions, our concern is that he is traveling now and will be back in 1 month =( thanks!

Yes, he should sign it, because he is the one filling out/signing the I-864 as well. It's his explanation. Is there a way he can mail you an explanation from where he is at, and you can attach it to all the forms?
