What is the name of your state? MN

Hi Lana,

My friend's I-94 expires on Feb 28. Can he leave the country on Feb 28 or he has to leave before the expiry date of I-94.

Pls advice.

He can leave on Feb 28 if that is the last date of validity on his I-94 card.
