Hello,

I am currently a active duty Marine and not going through any illegal charges. A few months ago my wife was going to leave me for another man and took my kids across the country. I found out about it, tried to fix it but i will be going to court soon to separate and divorce by the 1st week of August. I went to go see the judge 3 months ago but since we were living together they would not separate us. She has had 3 months to get a job, find a place and workout her situation with me supporting her. i have given my order to vacate goverment housing, go on 85 days terminal leave and see the juge all within the next 2 weeks. Because i went to go get my kids back i added a few thousand of dollars to my cedit card and no longer have a surplus and my savings is gone. Govt housing takes money a month after you vacate it, no govt job assitance can be given to me until i get out in NOV, and my unit wants me to pay $1250-$1850 to my soon to be ex on the 1st. basically i have no money now, or will next month, need to pay car renewal/insurance and the basics. I have had no support from my unit, the VA or Navy relief society. Now the thing that pisses me off though is that the ex will be getting custody of the kids and she doesnt have a job or place to stay, my unit helped her get a hotel for the month. My court appointed attorney really is no help and i really dont know how my ex has the ability to fend for the kids or is in the best interest of the kids. i just need help:

-professional legal advice
-similar story advice
-money
-non profit organization
-employment
-anythingWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Your post really belongs in the family law forums, but if you repost there, please explain a little more carefully about what is going on, because I am confused.
