I AM ALWAYS LIABLE, HOMEGURU & HALKET

I have realised I was wrong to attack your intentions and motives. I am sure that you are all very nice people, just trying to help out those who can be helped. I should have never judged you. I have an emotional lawsuit that I am dealing with and I think I am on the defensive way too much. I am very sorry! I have spoke via email with customer service and they have told me of the many people your advice has helped. So I feel the need to apologise to you. When I said that "my intentions were only good" I meant that. So, if you know of a Dear Abby forum, I would greatly appreciate the address:)

Take Care,
TraceyElisabeth

When I first saw your 'header' directed at some of us (though mis-spelled, I assume you also meant me), I got my guns ready and found the post where you said, "I WILL NOT COME TO THIS SITE AGAIN." Heck, I even put on my 'flame retardant underwear' in anticipation of another attack!!

However, when I read your post, I was glad to see that my concerns were unwarranted and that you were offering a handshake, not a handgun!!

As you have so elequently noted, most of the time we offer as much assistance as possible. And a few of the times, we even get tired of helping those that:
1) refuse to help themselves, or
2) that don't follow directions,
3) INSIST ON ALL CAPS, or
4) Refuse to research the other posts (their EXACT problem was just answered for the 20th time!!! in the message before theirs), OR
4) those that can't put their own problem into words that we can understand.

AND, we might even 'blast them' in our reply. It is not intended to be malicious... just that we, like everyone, get tired occasionally of the whining and 'woe is me' attitude that some people have.

In any case, your apology was extended, and accepted graciously. Thank you.

Sometimes you have to admit when you are wrong. That is what I have done, now could you please help me? Where can I find some of those flame retardant underwear?

As far as I know, they are normally available in most of the better known Tex-Mex restaurants in Texas.....
