It's a shame that being a professional as you claim to be that you need to place judgment on others so quickly. I thought your profession is not to judge one (that is unless you are a judge - highly doubtful), but it is to help those who may need correct advice and interpretation of the law. You need not agree with what they did or didn’t do. The law has no room for personal opinions such as yours.

Obviously you are a very bitter man. Probably an only child, divorced, and never was able to conduct a successful practice of the law - leading you to being a self proclaimed Professor at a not so reputable school. If you surf this site to make others feel bad about the questions they ask than you need not bother come to it at all. You are the type of person that leads your profession in to a reputation of good for nothing, money hungry idiot!

Get a life!!! Offer real advice or nothing at all. Enjoy your net surfing, as that is the only chance you have to give advice Counselor!

I agree with you. I have been flamed twice by IAAL, sparking a debate between he and two other"lawyers." I was so shamed, I won't post my user name; and, I emailed the webmaster which removed my posts.

P. S. I AM an only child, and I don't try to flame people. Am also educated, employed.

That's okay, 16592. I know who they are, and it's okay. They need to vent, and I'm fine with that. I don't expect everyone to agree with me, or like me. This is not a beauty contest. These folks, I'm sure, mean well. They just don't like having been told they were wrong. I can take it . . . I'm a big boy.
