If you passed out for medical reasons (rather than being under the influence) and did not lie on your license application you should be able to have a lawyer defend you and get off the rckless driving charge. But as for the hit and run, that is serious and takes a full knowledge of the facts to answer about your chances.
First tell your parents. NOW. Face the heat from them sooner rather than later, because it will be a lot tougher and hotter if the judge calls them in, especially if it is the first time they have heard of it!
Then ask for their help in finding a lawyer. Yes, you would have to pay for a consultation with the lawyer, and may want to take the lawyer to court to represent you and that costs more.
While you may be able to defend yourself, if you on your own could not convince the cop not to ticket you, you probably won't convince a judge to let you off either. ANd the leaving the scene is the real troublesome thing -- I can't imagine a medical reason that justified that, unless you were rushed to the hospital.
