What is the name of your state?
INDIANA
My name is Robin Clouse (drop the Gregory) and my mother has been WRONGFULLY CONVICTED of a crime she may not have committed! I have had conversations with SENIOR JUDGE that seemed very helpful but I lost contact with him. I am an Adult child of an incarcerated parent and haven't stopped fighting for her. She has been in prison for 21 years. I have fired her public defender and am now my Mother's POA (power of attorney) and am trying to get her case back into court! Does anyone have any advice?

Long time no talk to!

Hey fairisfair!! Long time no talk to! Still fighting to get my Mom out of prison after 21 years. I have found my loophole, now I just need to learn how to apply it to my case

to fairisfair

Because I got so many bullsh** replies that I quit this site for a while. I am very serious about this. I even enrolled into Law classes so that I could understand the LAW without the Bullsh**

I remember this one. Pretty sure this is him/her.

https://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=319343

Not a lot of detail on this link and a search on the poster reveals little else, but I seem to recall this was a case of bull**** answers = not what she wanted to hear. The thread must have been deleted because I remember a pretty heated exchange.

I'm also fairly certain this was posted on one of the "other" sites, too, with a lot more detail.

Looking for Senior Judge

To those who sort of remember the arguement between me and Senior Judge,,,
I was defending the fact that a charge of Conspiracy to Commit Murder is not a VIOLENT crime. The crime of conspiracy is ONLY a thought process. Also they (the STATE of Indiana) had my Mother convicted of Murder and for that charge, she was aquitted. She was ONLY convicted of Conspiracy, not murder.

"Only" huh? So she "only" helped plan the crime that ended someones life? And you don't find that to be violent? Apple doesn't fall far from the tree....:(

This is to baystategirl

Well if you have followed the thread you would have seen that I said she was wrongfully convicted. Sure someone who plans a murder is just as bad, but in this case there was only circumstantial evidence AND she is NOT guilty. Although it was people like you that WRONGFULLY convicted her. I know what I am saying is right, now I am working on the degree to prove it. You shouldn't post unless you are SURE of what you are talking about

In your other thread from a year ago you said that she may not have been guilty. Today you say that she is NOT guilty.

My post was in response to a comment you made about how being an accomplice to murder is a non-violent crime...

I would love to "refresh" my memory on your situation...but alas...I can not, as you have deleted your threads. Your expectation that we will remember all the details of what happened, is absurd.
