What is the name of your state? udaho
My former husband has composed and circulated an email stating with clarity that he is of the belief that the property settlement favored me because I was "honking the judge's horn". This is far from the truth. I was not the plaintiff in this matter. My ex husband initiated the action following an extra marital affair he engaged in.

My ex husband has bashed me repeatedly, which I can deal with, however when the issue of me doing the judge was presented, I was highly offended. I was not "honking any horns", "doing the judge", nor was I "polishing the gavel".

Would the actions taken by my ex husband be viewed as defamatory, slanderous and or libelous?

sounds like your husband is jealous cause he ain't geting any from you.
That's possible. My former husband hasn't "parked his car in my garage" in a very long time. And no, it's not because his car is too big to fit comfortably in my garage.

Only in my nightmares! That guy is NEVER alone. I think I saw him in a bar recently pouring shots on his hand. He was trying to get his date drunk!

Any suggestions as to how to stop this action without "blowing" it?
