What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I have been waiting since September 2008 for my Oath Ceremony. I made an Info Pass to go talk to them to find out the status of my case. I have been told that there is some additional review that USCIS has to do. What should i do know? Should i hire a Lawyer? Which i can't afforad.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
