1. Contact the police department in the jurisdiction(s) in which you've been arrested and ask how to get a copy of the reports.
2. Google "court records + the county(ies) + states" in which you've been charged.
3. Contact your attorny(ies) and ask them for copies of the legal proceedings.

You need a police clearance to petition for your fiancee to come to the U.S JUST if you met her through a dating paid website, but if you were arrested, charged or cited in any criminal case then what you need is a COURT CERTIFIED DISPOSITION, not a police clearance.
