I Bought a car on ebay ,tittle under somebody else name

Ok I bought a vehicle on eBay about a month ago the car was suppose to be in really good shape all most new conditions , I pay the shipping company $650 to get the car from new jersey to Dallas TX .I get the car with a bad battery , the guy from the company tells me not to turn off the car because the battery is not good and the car is running low on gas , Put gas with the car on everything ok I take the car home buy a new battery and the car is turning on , next day take the car for Texas inspection and there is were my nightmare began .Didn’t pass the vehicle was running reach on gas .I pay $238 to get some things clean so the vehicle could pass inspection , put the car for the test and fail again , the mechanic tells me take the car to a shop something is wrong with this vehicle , the car drives with sounds and smells like gas a lot . I take the car to a shop to get a full detail, and they find all this problem in the car multiple oil leaks from many places the vacuum lines are not install right ac is not working and more.

The title issue
The car is a 1993 rx7; I pay for the car $9050 bank-to-bank wire transfer
the seller name is not on the title, the owner is some one else And that owner sold the car to a lady (the name on the lady is on the title under buyers name) then that lady sold the car to this guy (the guy who I bought from) and selled to me with a bill of sale and title of course, under someone else names.
I have report this to eBay but it seems like im not getting much done with then.

If anybody knows what do I to do in this case please need let me know I really need some help.

What kind of warranty did the seller offer? If there was none and the car was sold "as-is", it is now your problem. You and many others are learning the hard way the joys of buy vehicles sight unseen and without a proper inspection. Of course if you had bought locally, you wouldn't be having any of these problems today.

First, as a former rotary engine/car enthusiast and owner I can tell you that buying a used RX-2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 is extremely risky business. Even though the rotary engines are outstanding when properly cared for, they are almost gauranteed to fail if abused. The only way to tell if those engines are any good is to be right there to run, inspect, and diagnose them. Since the RX-7 is a car built specifically for performance it is a GIVEN that it has been run hard and probably sold only after problems have already started. So, you are almost assuredly facing a rebuild.

Further, the emissions of rotary engines are complex and hard to control even when the engine seals and components are working properly, but impossible when the engine has problems. Gas or vacuum leaks are easy to fix, but internal edge seals are often the root of the problem.

It won't matter whose name is on the title as long as it has been properly signed. I would suspect that your seller ran into the same problems you are having and just passed the car on to the next lucky buyer (YOU). You should be able to transfer the title, but your problem is getting the car to run right and pass emissions. You will need a Mazda, or more specifically a ROTARY engine specialist, to repair the car.

If the rest of the car is in very good condition, at $9050 you still have a good purchase. Get to a RX forum and start asking questions.
