I bought a car private seller on payments

I live in ID and just bought a car private seller on payments. Will have it payed off and title signed over to me in next two weeks... But other than the bill of sale which outlines the payments and dates of payment signed by both parties, i have nothing to prove ownership. How can i register this vehicle in the mean time?

Ask the seller if you can accelerate payment.

If he don't agree for some bizarre reason (or you can't afford it) then you are stuck waiting 2 weeks.
