What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri.

I had made a previous post earlier describing kind of what happend. Before my wife left with our daughter out of state and decided to never come back, I was the "Stay at home Dad"... I have no license, I am currently in college, and have no job. I was responsible for raising our daughter while my wife was working. When she left me, she left without saying anything, she told our marriage counselor that she would not run off and the next day she did. She dropped me off in town to look for work while my mom was watching our daughter and she was working and soon found out that my wife took our daughter and ditched state after filing for divorce. I was abandoned 5 miles away from our home, left with nothing. No food, money, transportation. I had to walk 5 miles to get back home to find my wife and daughter gone and the only things she took was the $600 tv, the $600 worth of gaming consels and our EBT (foodstamp) card. I have been starving ever since, I just got a new EBT card and can't even get into town to get food. I had filed for disability back in march of this year so I have been waiting for court for that. I have talked to lawyers and they all want $$$ just for legal advice... I look online and can't find anything and what I do find just tells me about the laws, not how to file for ANYTHING!! please help. I was served on the 22nd (on my daughter's 2nd birthday :( ) I do not want to loose my daughter, I want to bring her back into missouri but don't know how or what to file...  :( :mad:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
