My B/friends ex wife lives in CA, we live in NH.
The ex threatens us through emails , we have now blocked her address , she threatens us through snail mail and has just begun making flyers and sending them to our neighbors and relatives. The info on these flyers is false, damaging and embarrassing, the flyer she made about me has porn sites listed where she claims I am on. We have a restraining order that says she is to cease doing this but she ignores that , in fact in 1 packet she mailed to relatives she states that a restraining order will not stop her. We report all of this to the police and they tell us they can do nothing because she is in CA, BUT if she comes to NH then they will arrest her. This stems from a nasty divorce 5 yrsa ago. 5 YEARS AGO!!!!!!!! and she still harrasses him and now me, neighbors and relatives. Any advice would be appreciated. If I had the money you can bet I would hire a Lawyer to charge her with whatever I could . Thank You, this is a great site, just discovered it last night.
