This is not India.. you can contest all you want but she will get the divorce. You can not come to the US since you do not have a visa to do so.. you can however retain an attorney but it will cost you at least 2k to contest a divorce.. if I remember your situation, there are no children or property, just items that were given to her.

I must say that u hve beautiful memory.

yes no children or property is involved.
but ornaments are involved and they are very valuable as family custom.

further...I want spousal support from her(alimony)can I ask her to give me that?/
and she refuses for both of the abve in that case I may apply for visitors visa do u think they will give me visa on this ground that I want have issues which are unsettleed with my wife and If I wont go there and contest I will loose my rights.

As we discussed before, you will not get a visitors visa because you are married. The only way for you to enter the US is via a spousal visa which she needs to apply for.

You also will not get alimony.

What you do is petition as part of the divorce to have your items returned. That way she gets her divorce and you get your items.
