I dont think my 3day eviction notice is valid

I see well he's my cousin i guess he got a wild hair from April rent was only rent i didnt pay and it is a 3 day notice and i have my receipts for only June-oct he's Famliy so i trusted but i have the months he claims i didnt pay
The bottom line here is that if you owe any money at all from any month for any reason, the 3 day notice is certainly valid. It doesn't necessarily have to be served exactly at the moment of default and it appears that your cousin has given you opportunities to bring your arrears current.

Here are your options:

1 - Pay in full before the 3 days are up.
2 - Move out before the 3 days are up.
3 - Stay put and face eviction through the courts. You'll have an opportunity in court to argue the amount owed.
