I got a false accuased mip and Need to fight it!

Montana- A couple of nights ago i boyfriend was throwing a party at our house while i was sick and ready to go to sleep, i took some nyquil and went out side to him to say good night right as i was talking to him the cops showed up and breathalized every one. i blew a .032 which has to be from the nyquil. He wrote me up a ticket after i told him over and over i hadnt been drinking. On the ticket he wrote i blew a .068 which was a lie! i Need to fight this i am NOT getting charged for something i didnt do. now how do do this! please HELP!!!!!!!!

So assuming you are a featherweight, you would need to have drunk about 160 ml (5 times the recommended dosage), to blow a 0.032.
