I got a traffic ticket for no insurance and a suspended drivers liscence and I am going to plead not guilty then get a lawer is this the correct way

You do realize it is very, very easy to check the status of your license and insurance...don't you?

You probably should get a lawyer first. He may suggest something for your arraignment (or earlier) than just pleading not guilty.

You need to give us some more details. Why was your license suspended? Have you gotten it restored? Do you now have your vehicle insured?
