When may s broker not place an earnest money in his escrow account
It would be helpful if you could articulate your questions in grammatically correct English. You should also try not to compose your questions in as few words as possible and include relevant facts. What does "s broker" mean? Whom does this broker represent? Why would the broker place the buyer's (I assume) earnest money in an escrow account? What does "his escrow account" mean? What does the contract between the broker and his client say about this? What does the contract between the buyer and the seller say about this?
