I have a question reguarding IAAL

I have remained very quiet and have tried to stay away from this site because of the conflict with IAAL. It is known that I am not an attorney,so I answered questions the best I could by things I had experienced or seen or heard. I was very nieve when I came to this site,with only the hope and want to help other people. I have since learned how to try to help but also state that I am not an attorney,so this is only my opinion. I was truely attacked by IAAL,and it effected me so bad that I hid from this site alot,and went to another site to try to help. I have a few questions that probably only administration can help me with but I don't know where to go to ask,so I will ask here. It has been proven that IAAL is capable of locating names,birthdates,and other private information online. My attacks from IAAL are being used in the civil action against him. I read the "restraining order" from this site,and it protected all that are involved with this site professionally,but does not protect one single poster,whom he attacked,and will be sued for by your company. My question is,why didn't the restraining order protect those whom he attacked on your site? There is no telling what he could do without this protection. Why did it take 40,000 posts before you acted on this? I could have been protected from the abuse I endured if you guys acted much, much sooner than you did! Your company will be getting something out of this lawsuit,but you have left the ones who were hurt the most out of this all together,other than using the offending posts against IAAL in court without notifying any of us. I am angry and hurt,and surprised that Mary nor any other person,who could have done something sooner,did not. How can we obtain a restraining order against IAAL,if your attorney does not even force his attorney to divulge his name. How can a person be considered represented in court,if the attorney does not give his name? IF I was your sites attorney,I would argue that you don't even know if the defendent has representation becuase he is representing a name online,not a real name,and why isn't his attorney being held in contempt of court for not giving his clients name? I would treat this as if the client has not responded and just plainly did not show up in court. How can the lawyer prove he is defending the man the lawsuit is against,if he can't even present his name? How are you going to get this money,or even defend the restraining order,if you do not even know his name? Sorry for venting,but after being told of a birthdate,and being asked "I wonder when your death date is"?,and being called a dripping, seething,diseased c**** (don't worry,I didn't spell it out),or something very close to this,I do not feel safe!! Can someone offer me answers that will make me feel like IAAL won't use any information he obtains from the internet,and hurt me somehow,out of retaliation,since the comments to me alone will cost him dearly (money wise),and your site and everybody affiliated,are protected by this restraining order but I am not? I would like to be contacted so I can follow this,since I was one that was directly involved,and may even ask if charges could be pressed? I know that this is a public forum,but there are still laws that keep a person from saying some of the stuff he did,and focusing on a womans anatomy,and going from this site to another site,to pull information,to bring to this site,not being even relevant to the context of the legal threads. Thank you for your time in this matter.

I don't think anybody escaped IAAL without being blasted at least once. But come on, he is not some kind of a sorcerer or anything. If he found information, it was due to your lack of security. I too never received any kind of abuse outside the forum. Let's face it, Mary and the site are the ones that have had actual damages IMHO. The rest, is just, well quite honestly, sticks and stones. All you had to do is sign off.

They have been deleted but he did provide information,and on another site I saw him take a sign on name and bring up his full name and very very private information in reguards to an online insurance form/questionnare he filled out. Some one from this site had to refrain IAAL with his/her kind and worried replies to the messages sent by IAAL. Maybe a bit paranoid,but after all he said to me and the information he did supply before they were removed,I feel I have every right to feel the way I feel. Thanks though for your reply.

Fair enough,but I did not sign off,I was doing nothing wrong except being nieve here since I was new at this. Not grounds to say what he said,and bring up information he brought up. I deserved to be put in my place for placing posts that I had no business posting but that said,the way he "put people in thier place" was not his job to do and to the extent that he did it. I never once abused him verbally like he did me. I can't help it if in the long run,he scared the crap out of me saying and doing what he did. Thanks for your reply.

Forgive me and my bad typing,I must invest in a program that fixes my mistakes like so many do. I don't want damages,sorry if I came across that way. I just want to make sure that when this site is collecting the thousands of dollars that they are entitled to,and they are protected by this restraining order,that he doesn't take out his anger on those of us whos posts were used without our consent to get these damages. I want no money!!!

The troll challenged him to post it, and even then he didn't post it all, right away, just enough to prove to him that he wasn't kidding. That troll had been conspiring with another and they were both stalking both of us and their admin warned them both to cease the stalking and harassment.

When a person posts private information on a public forum, they do so with the knowledge that it no longer belongs to them, it belongs to the site or is public record. None of us, has printed confidential information about anyone. Sometimes there were references prior posts or posts on another site because it helps give the WHOLE picture so we can give accurate and appropriate advice not just what the person wants to hear.

I know this is an emotional issue for you, but you must get an objective view beforle you make yourself sick. He never posted anyting revealing confidential information about you and insofar as spelling, he has yelled at me online about that, repeatedly. But he is not the only one who is a stickler for spelling, paragraphs and grammar. A wel writen post is easier to read and to secure serious responses.

We all have our individual online personalities and not all are politically correct, but after a while, we all get a bit jaded. For senior members, we challenge each other. From time to time, we learn from our mistakes, some take longer than others. Do you know how many times we answer the exact question over and over again. I am taking my time, responding to you with my middle (don't laught) finger in a splint. It is PAINFUL for me to respond to you and I can't take pain killers because I have bleeding disorder.

If you will,since you speak to IAAL,ask him if he is going to retaliate against me,since my post was used,and he says I have nothing to worry about,I will breath alot easier. I really pissed him off,and that is what worries me. I may be nieve,but not a mean person,so yes,I am not used to hearing what I heard. Thank you for sending me a message in such a state with your finger! By the way,I did commend you because you stopped a dangerous woman that was giving inaccurate information about medications,so you probably did save someones life. If the information he was posting about me was to do the same thing,I could not agree more with his actions. He just did it to get me to go away,that was different. A Troll and a personal enemy are not the same thing.

Many forum users seek out the threads that contain posts by people who interest them. The interest can be friendly or unfriendly. Keeping an eye out for posts from a particular individual and responding to those posts, is not stalking.

Stalking describes criminal activity. The frequent misuse of the word here is disturbing.

You have posted links to information found on other sites, but it is somehow justifiable because it helps you give the WHOLE picture? Talk about spinning...

I have many years of experience in Internet forums. This is the only forum where I've ever seen people repeatedly sink to the level of locating information about a person only to publicize it in a forum for which it was not intended. Some things just aren't done by honorable people.

May I ask why it would matter how many times you have answered the same question? I don't believe anyone is forced to contribute here and if some people are tired of posting, it is time for them to leave. There are more than enough capable people willing to replace anyone that is burned out.
