Virginia, I have a question. Ive recently discovered that my former "Doggy Day Care" has been lying to its clients about its facilities and what they do with the borded and daycare animals. They say that they do not cage them all day, that someone is with them 24 hours a day, and that they play most of the day. I have recently poped in at various hours, only to find all the animals caged in cramped cages and smelly back room, for hours at a time, and there was no one at the facility, no one for miles. It was like this everytime i popped by. I have no phisical proof but i dont know much about this legal stuff. :p I am an author and want to publish and article in my local newspaper about this awful treatment and want to show whats being done. Is this slander, or can i publish the article?
