California is the state of ownership of this home and where the home equity loan was taken. How come the lender won't let have the information about this loan? I am the legal owner of the property that was awarded to me by the probate courts of california. Don't i have the right to know why i have received two letters from real estate agent stating that me that my home is in pre-foreclosure. I have not received anything form the lender about my property. What do i do to protect my home and myself from foreclosure. The bank will not help me.. I have sent money on a loan that isn't mine but they still say i have no right to the information concerning my house...i'm scared i don't want to loose what i fought so hard to get from my family and the probate court system.
