I live in Palmdale, California. I am 16 years old. I was put on probation some time in late June. Just a few days ago i was with some friends and we got pulled over and cited for curfew. Now, I have read some things online that tell me what the judge will be looking for, and i think my chances are pretty good. I just need someone to explain the whole process and what could possibly happen. Also, what kind of things i could do or say to make myself, and the whole situation, look better and persuade the judge to no do anything drastic. Thank you!

If you are on formal probation, talk to your probation officer. If not, then be sure you make yourself look and act prim and proper, make sure your grades are good, and make sure that you are minding your Ps and Qs prior to court.
