What is the name of your state? georgia
My husband and I are seperated. I have custody of our son, but I also have two other children. My middle child is not his biological child, but we were married while I was pregnant with her. He has always been her "daddy" and has always called her his daughter, no matter who he talked to. My question is...by GA law, is a child born into a marriage but not of that marriage still his responsibility? Does he have to pay support for her?

To my knowlege, he doesn't have to pay for her, unless your kid is adopted by him. Even if he's on the birth certificate, he could fight with asking for a paternity test

I hope you're not saying that you would want him to pay just because he loved your daughter during your marriage. Where is the real father and why isn't the real father paying? Thats the one you need to go after.....
